We take quality and environment seriously
OTECHOS AS develops new technology and products for the green shift in energy production and energy efficiency, as well as increased profitability in existing energy companies. OTECHOS AS wants its customers to achieve significantly less emissions of harmful substances into nature and become more energy efficient by using products developed by OTECHOS AS.
OTECHOS AS is proud to have been certified in ISO standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, which are management systems for quality and environmental management, in the spring of 2023. The certification is a quality stamp for our entire business and our management system will now be reviewed annually.
To become ISO certified, strict requirements are placed on procedures and continuous work for improvement. All employees in the companies must, among other things, work to improve procedures and record deviations in unwanted incidents so that necessary measures can be taken.
OTECHOS AS has always focused on quality and the environment. We can now document that we have good quality assurance systems so that we meet the requirements from our stakeholders, customers, subcontractors, and ourselves. We have achieved a more sustainable business operation.
The company started the certification work in September 2022. Stage 1 revision was carried out in January 2023, and the final points were closed at stage 2 revision/certification in March 2023.
It has been a learning process that has improved our business in several areas.
Because the certifications are carried out by an independent third party, customers/stakeholders know that they can trust that we actively reduce the environmental impact of the company, products, and services to a minimum, and that we are certified according to the standard for good quality management.
