Metal to metal sealing with the same material of the seal/gasket as flanges and the piping allows for large fluctuation in temperature still with the same tightness of the seal and flange connection. The seal itself has shown that it gives the tightest seal possible, i.e. the same tightness class as for the pipe. The DeltaV-Seal is a one-piece metal gasket. In addition, the engineer’s choice of sealing has never been easier.

This gasket can detect pressure, temperature, flow, multiflow, vibration, etc., thus predicting future problems that can occur in a process piping system. DVS-I can take control of injection nozzles and can adjust the flow in piping systems.

The DVS-I is easily installed to replace the traditional gasket. There is no need for upgrading the piping system. The DVS-I can be installed to communicate with the control systems as a wired or a wireless connection. The fact that the sensors are in the gasket itself eliminates the need to intervene in the actual pipe system. There is no need for hot work, machining and/or installation of spools in the piping system; just replace the standard gasket.
