A new «alien» breed of engine technology

The Norwegian innovation company OTECHOS has made a breakthrough with its totally new engine technology, the CRE – Centric Reciprocal Engine. OTECHOS has in 2016 established a very exciting cooperation with global industry majors regarding further development of the CR Engine.

The CR Engine has now an effect of 240 hp, a weight of only 68 kg, it has a very small footprint, the combustion chambers are oil free and the engine has a very low impact on the environment. The engine can be rotated 360 degrees and will run in all angles.

Winner of the «Oscar of Innovation & Research»

Otechos has also developed a compressor technology based on the same technology framework as the CR Engine, the CRC – Centric Reciprocal Compressor.

The CR Compressor does not need any oil in the compression chambers and will consequently produce oil free pressurised air or gas. The compression rate is significantly higher than excisiting compressors on the market today. It hs a very low footprint and very low weight.

The CR Compressor was in January 2016 elected the «Oscar for Innovation & Research», the EU framework for research and innovation, Horizon 2020, an 80 billion Euro EU innovation & research programme.


DeltaV-Seal – the world’s first type approved gasket


In addition, OTECHOS has developed the revolutionary sealing technology called «DeltaV-Seal», a metal to metal-gasket, which today is marketed internationally through PIPEOTECH in Norway.

DeltaV-Seal is the world’s first type approved gasket, certified by DnV GL in October 2015. The DeltaV-Seal is today marketed in Norway, USA, UK, India and Russia.

High quality sealing for extreme conditions


The DeltaV-Seal represents quality to the extreme, enduring the most extreme high and low temperatures, extreme vibrations and the most corrosive environments. Above, the DeltaV-Seal is tested to – 138 degrees C which is an easy match for the new gasket.
