CRCP is a positive-displacement compressor combined with a pumping action bringing the benefits of our Centric Reciprocating Pump (CRP) technology.
Compared to existing compressor technology, tests confirm up to 65% lower energy consumption.
We will never stop developing our technology and the range of applications suitable for the CR-technology. Together with our customers we are working with the following applications: CO2, Ammonia, Steam and High temperature heat pump.

Sealing Technology

The ConeSpring-Seal (CSS) is a new, very simple, reliable and cost-effective seal that can be used on all types of flanges with groves for metal seals like RTJ and API flanges. The CS-Seal consists of a single metal part only, shaped similarly to a cone.
The DeltaV-Seal Intelligent (DVS-I) combines the superior sealing capabilities of OTECHOS’ patented DeltaV-Seal with sensor technology for process monitoring. This is the first intelligent sealing solution in the piping industry.
